We post approximate times for Custom Embroidery on the Home Page.

These are the choices you will see for the status of your order:

On Order - means we are still processing and if custom embroidered it has not yet been completed

Shipped - means your order has been completed and has shipped

Back ordered - means your item is not in stock and has been ordered or it is on back order (we will contact you if either of these are the case)

Cancelled - means either you have cancelled your order and we have issued a refund, or we have cancelled your order and issued a refund

Completed - means your order has been completed but not yet shipped, this is rare as we typically package it and ship it once completed
