Only 1" wide collars  may be personalized with Name and Phone # up to 22 letters and spaces.  Narrow collars When choosing Name & Phone # we reserve the right to choose all caps especially when there are letters below the line such as g,p,y, or it makes it easier to hoop to make all fit properly.  We do not add designs to any of the collars.

Thread will coordinate with trim color, and the letters will be classic Block lettering when using Name only, however we will choose the best block lettering given the letters and numbers to stitch.  

  Letters below the line such as 'y' will also make the letters smaller, so we reserve the right to capitalize all the letters when there are letters below the line.  When choosing both Name and phone # we suggest all capitals.   Narrow collars turn out best when all capitals are used.

We place the name beginning close to D ring. Since these are adjustable collars, unless you let us know what measurement your pet wears the collar, part of the name could be covered by adjusting, that is why we start closer to the D ring.  For best name placement put in the Note to Seller at what adjustment your pet wears the collar.

Each has a sturdy quick release for an easy on and off and is easily adjustable to ensure a proper fit.  All of Up Country's collars are quality designed using only the finest materials;  that won't mat your pet's fur, and extra strong snap hooks.  Buckles are Coast Guard approved for heavy weight hold.  UpCountry collars can be machine washed in cold water on the gentle cycle and are made in the USA. There's also a sturdy brass D-ring so add a collar charm to jazz it up! 

Please choose the correct number of Letters for your collar.  For example when choosing a first and last name instead of phone #, still choose the Name and/or Phone# up to 22 letters, if your Name is over 10 letters.  We still have to hoop your collar twice, use twice the backing materials, and twice the topping materials.  Thank you!
