Measure your pet carefully as Custom Embroidered items are not returnable due to purchasing an incorrect size. We do give a discount on another size if the wrong size is purchased. Note: Neck opening must also fit over your dog's head, much like the opening of a t-shirt neck has to fit over your head so be sure to also check your dog's head circumference to make sure it will fit over his/her head
