At Pets With Style Boutique™ we take your privacy very seriously. We do not disclose personal information we collect to third parties for the purpose of allowing them to direct market their products and services. We engage third party contractors to perform services for us, which necessitates the contractor receiving whatever pertinent information is required. For example, shipments require your name and address. In these situations, we prohibit the third party contractor from using your personal information about you except for the specific purpose for which we supply it.
We welcome online communication from our Buyers! We have so many wonderful Customers around the U.S. and worldwide. We will reply to you per email usually same day depending on when you have contacted us. We are on the Mountain Time Zone. Please contact us with any questions, concerns or let us know of any items you'd like to see us carry. We give personalized friendly service and are the "Store with Heart" so please contact us anytime! For your convenience and ours, email is preferred. We rarely have time to return phone calls and that's how we keep our prices reasonable.

The best and quickest way to reach us is by email, as I check email throughout the day and can do so when the embroidery machine is running, rather than returning phone calls. Emails are more clear and no room for miscommunication, as well as I can return them while the machine is running and down time...this is how I continue to keep prices reasonable for our customers.
Please send your pet photos to us at: email@example.com so that we can post them on our website, in a listing, and/or on our Facebook page. We especially love to see pics of your pets in one of our items! We love to recognize our customers! As our website develops we hope to have special offers as well as coupon codes through our Facebook page as well as for those that send pics so check with us often and friend us on Facebook, and follow us on Pinterest and Twitter (DoggieBling).
Check your order and Tracking: With your email address and order # you can double check your order and tracking. We ship USPS. Many times customers choose the wrong drop down menu item and don't realize it until they receive their item. This way you can double check what you've ordered as well as check on the tracking info. Custom Embroidered items are not returnable due to incorrect size or incorrect information that you've given us. We do discount another item if you've made a mistake.
Payment is due at the time of order. Please contact us with any questions. All payments are currently securely processed through PayPal™. We do not process any credit card payments ourselves nor do we take credit card payments over the phone. You do not have to have a PayPal™ account to pay using PayPal™ as Paypal lets you proceed to pay with a credit card and/or echeck. Echeck payments are not immediate payments so items paid by echeck will not be shipped until the echeck payment has cleared...typically 2-5 business days in the US, longer for our Int'l customers.
Refunds: When you return an item for a refund we will process the refund through Paypal as they process all of our payments and refunds. Paypal will issue a refund back through the payment source that you used to pay...ie if you paid through your paypal account the refund would go back to your paypal account, if you paid by credit card the refund would be issued as a credit back to the credit card you used to pay, if you paid by echeck paypal would refund the amount back to your bank account. Due to the Personalized nature, Custom Embroidered items are NOT returnable for an exchange or refund due to the wrong size or giving us incorrect information. We do give a discount on another item if you've purchased an incorrect size or given us incorrect information.
Shipping: Please always check our Home Page for any Updates or Notices on shipping delays, or if on Vacation Mode which means that purchase buttons are removed.
We ship in stock items that are not personalized within 1-2 business days, personalized items and custom embroidered items may take 5-7 business days before shipping depending on our backlog. Business days does not include weekends or Holidays. We post the current times on our Home Page. Special order items may take longer up to 1-2 weeks depending on the supplier and whether they have it in stock. We try to notate that in the listing if an item is a special order and estimate the time it may take. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor so may take additional time and your order may come in more than one shipment. We will contact you if any item is delayed and will always offer a refund if you choose not to wait for an item.
In stock items are shipped USPS First Class mail and USPS Priority Mail depending on weight and your choice at checkout. If you need your order rushed we offer a Please Rush My Order option. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us prior to paying.
Shipping in USA & Puerto Rico based on Purchase Subtotal Amounts
USPS First Class Mail & Priority Mail (New postal rate increases as of Jan 2019) Unfortunately when the USPS raises shipping rates we have to as well.
International Shipping: We offer USPS Priority Int'l through checkout because it includes insurance and tracking. If you want a First Class Int'l option, without tracking, please contact us prior to purchase.
All International packages are shipped USPS Priority Int'l. You may request First Class Int'l but it does not include insurance or tracking. Priority Int'l prices start at $26.95. Buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, postage and/or taxes. We have been shipping worldwide since 2007 and have many wonderful customers throughout Canada, Europe, and Australia. Shipping to Int'l countries can take anywhere from 6 days to up to 4wks depending on Customs in your country and the method of shipping. Please contact us prior to paying with any questions and a quote. We will have a customs #, proof of acceptance by the USPS but our responsibility ends there. USPS provides tracking when shipped Priority Int'l as well as delivery confirmation. Please contact us with any questions before paying at firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns for Refunds and Exchanges:
We have been selling most of our products for over 5yrs and stand behind all of our products as long as they are used as intended. If you feel you have received the wrong item or an item that is defective please contact us right away at email@example.com so that we can address any of your issues.
If you need to return an item for exchange or refund for any reason please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns and Exchanges need to be shipped back to us within 14 days of buyer receipt in the same New Unused Condition that you received it, with any tags still attached and in the original packaging. Any clothing must be returned free of dog hair or a 20% restocking fee will apply. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for any returns or exchanges unless of course we have shipped a wrong item or a wrong size. Exchanges are for in stock items only. Refunds will be processed back through Paypal. For exchanges an invoice will be sent through paypal to you for the return shipping back to you after the item has been received by us for exchange. Due to the personalized nature Custom embroidered items may not be returned or exchanged due to the wrong size. However, we do give a discount on a second item if you have purchased the wrong size on your Custom Embroidered item. In that case please contact us for the discount coupon code.
We cannot emphasize enough how important measuring your pet is and comparing to the measurements of each item you are ordering. Manufacturers do not all size alike. Even our private label items are not all sized alike because they are not all made by the same manufacturer.
Please measure your pet and compare to sizing charts in listings or contact us with sizing questions prior to purchase to ensure a proper fit and to reduce the need to return or exchange an item. All dogs are not sized a like just like humans, and there is no standard sizing in the Pet Industry unfortunately. Also please check our Sizing page for help as well. Your dog's neck and chest measurements as well as neck to tail length are typically the most important. Breeds and weight are typically good places to help you start with sizing but should not be solely relied upon. Due to the personalized nature Custom embroidered items may not be returned or exchanged due to the wrong size. However, we do give a discount on a second item if you have purchased the wrong size on your Custom Embroidered item. In that case please contact us for the discount coupon code.
