    When will my items ship? top

    We ship six days a week so in stock items typically ship same day (we are on mountain time) or within one business day from receipt of payment.   Items that are special order are notated in the listing.  If your item is out of stock or will take longer we will contact you.  Custom Embroidered items typically take 2-3 business days before shipping.  During the busy Holiday Season we will post the approximate time for Custom Embroidered items on our Home Page as the backlog may be longer.

    Can I track my package? top

    Yes all of our items shipped in the US have tracking.   You can track your package using your order # and your email address.   You should also receive an email from paypal when your shipping label is printed with tracking information.   If you don't see the email check your spam or feel free to contact us at info@petswithstyleboutique.com

    Can I make payment without having a paypal account? top

    Yes you can pay through paypal with a credit card even if you do not have a paypal account.   We do not take credit card payments through email or over the phone to protect your privacy and the security of your credit card information.

    If you are having any difficulty with your transaction please contact us at info@petswithstyleboutique.com  Always check our Home Page for any announcements.  Sometimes when we are closed for more than 1-2 days we will remove the purchase buttons.

    Are Custom Embroidered items returnable for Exchange or Refund? top

    We cannot accept Custom Embroidered items for exchange or return unless the item itself is defective or we have made an error.  We do give a discount on the second item when you have chosen a wrong size. 

    Can you stitch my company Logo on your products? top

    First you must have the authority to reproduce your company Logo. Send us your logo in a jpg format, and tell us which of our products you are wanting it stitched on, and we can give you a free quote.  Quotes typically take 2-3 business days.  

    Creating your logo into a design that can be machine embroidered takes a custom computer program that will tell our machine where to sew, what thread colors to use, and the number of stitches needed to create your logo or unique design.  This will be your one time set up fee and varies depending on the size of the Logo and the complexity of the design.

    The great news is that once you have your logo set up you can use it on any of the products we carry to custom embroider.  After the set up fee the cost becomes the cost of our product plus our stitching fee, which again depends on the complexity of your design and number of stitches needed to produce it in embroidery.  Typical one time Logo set up fees can range from $25 - $200.  If you are serious about stitching your Logo on our products, please contact us at info@petswithstyleboutique.com including a jpg of your Logo and which products and sizes are of interest to you.
