Please send your pet photos to us at:  info@petswithstyleboutique.com so that we can post them on our website, in a listing, and/or on our Facebook page.  We especially love to see pics of your pets in one of our items!  We love to recognize our customers!  As our website develops we hope to have special offers as well as coupon codes through our Facebook page as well as for those that send pics so check with us often and friend us on Facebook, and follow our Blog when we get it going.

Payments:

Payment is due at the time of order.  Please contact us with any questions. All payments are currently securely processed through PayPal™.  You do not have to have a PayPal™ account to pay using PayPal™.

Shipping:

We ship in stock items within 1-2 business days, personalized items may take 2-3 days. We will contact you if your item takes longer.  Special order items may take 3-4 additional business days to up to 1-2 weeks depending on the supplier.   We try to notate that in the listing if an item is a special order and estimate the time it may take.  Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor so may take additional time and your order may come in more than one shipment.  We will contact you if any item is delayed and will always offer a refund if you choose not to wait for an item.

In stock items are shipped USPS First Class mail and USPS Priority Mail depending on weight.  Items shipped per our distributors may be shipped Parcel Post, First Class, Priority or UPS. If you need Expedited Shipping options please contact us prior to paying.  If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us prior to paying.

International Shipping:

All International packages are shipped USPS First Class Int'l mail. This does not include insurance or tracking. If you would like insurance contact me to ship Priority International and a quote before paying.  Priority Int'l prices start at $18.95 including insurance. We can no longer provide third party insurance unless the package is shipped Priority Int'l.  Buyer is responsible for all customs, duties and/or taxes.  We have been shipping worldwide for over 5yrs and have many wonderful customers throughout Canada, Europe, and Australia.  Shipping to Int'l countries can take anywhere from 6 days to up to 4wks depending on Customs in your country and method of shipping. Returns for Refunds and Exchanges:

We have been selling most of our products for over 5yrs and stand behind all of our products as long as they are used as intended. If you feel you have received the wrong item or an item that is defective please contact us right away.

If you need to return an item for exchange or refund for any reason please contact us first for an RMA #.   Returns need to be shipped back to us within 14 days of buyer receipt in the same New Unused Condition that you received it with any tags still attached and in the original packaging.  Any clothing must be returned free of dog hair or a 20% restocking fee will apply.   Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for any returns or exchanges. Exchanges are for in stock items only.  Refunds will be given as money back through paypal less any shipping costs.  For exchanges an invoice will be sent through paypal to you for the return shipping back to you after the item has been received by us for exchange.

Please measure your pet and compare to sizing charts in listings or contact us with sizing questions prior to purchase to ensure a proper fit and to reduce the need to return or exchange an item.  We try to give the actual measurements of items in each listing to make it easier for you to determine size.   All dogs are not sized a like just like humans, and there is no standard sizing in the Pet Industry unfortunately.  Also please check our Sizing page for help as well.
